I am so excited to be joining the spring 2020 One Room Challenge! This is seriously a dream come true for me! You can see that it’s desperate for a makeover! Honestly, we’ve lived in our home for 17 years, and the laundry room has never been touched, so is that even called a makeover??? Please join me as I makeover our laundry room over the next 8 weeks for the Spring 2020 One Room Challenge.

This room is in serious need of some storage and organization, and something pretty to look at!!!

It’s a dreary cave in here. My goal is to lighten things up, make it a nice space to be in, and get some organization in here!

I’ve know for some time that I wanted to go with a black and white color scheme. This room is right off of our loft, which has a modern boho farmhouse type vibe.

The timing presents a few challenges, as we are currently in shelter in place from Covid 19, and I am on a very tight budget. Challenge accepted! There will be copious amounts of spray paint and electrical tape involved! I’ve already purchased a few things over the course of the past couple of years that I wanted to use for the laundry room makeover, but other than that I’ll mostly be tweaking what I already have.
My plan is to paint the room Sherwin Williams White Heron, do a very low-cost wall treatment, possibly add an additional shelf, tweak the boob light, spray paint my existing wire baskets, and hang a few signs that I already have purchased.
I hope that you will follow along with my laundry room makeover for the One Room Challenge! You can see more entries for the One Room Challenge here.

This is so exciting!!!! I am looking forward to your makeover for some inspiration to tackle mine! But it’s teeny-tiny…😬
Mine is pretty tiny, too! This is just gong to be a simple, low budget project. Thanks so much for following along! ❤️
I’m in!!!
Yay! Thanks so much for your support, Cooky! It means so much to me!

I am really loving your creative ideas for dressing up your laundry room without spending too much money!
Thank you, Heidi! I don’t have a lot of money to spend on decor, so I have to be frugal!
